In the middle of New Year's Eve the final duel takes place! Legoshi has a lot of trouble dealing with a Riz who has regained his true power as a bear by stopping taking the force-suppressing drugs. Then Louis appears, offering Legoshi a surprising solution. Carnivores and herbivores: some devour and others are devoured. The friendship between Legoshi and Louis overcomes that wall.

With renewed energy, Legoshi manages to prevail in his duel against Riz, but ends up arrested by the police, who come to the scene...!!
