Purchase conditions

How do I purchase something at Momo Store?

You can navigate our online store and it's different categories and when you find something you like you can add it to the shopping cart. Make sure to choose wisely the model of the item you want before placing an order. When you want to finish the order you just have to click on the shopping cart button placed on the upper left corner, where you will be able to see the total amount (without shipping cost) of your order and below you will have to click on the "Finish purchase". Next, you will have to write your personal info (Name, last name, phone number, ID or Driving license if you live outside Spain, zip code and city). In the next step you will be able to choose the payment and shipping method.

On the next window you will see "Order placed" and on the lower right corner you will have to click on the button "Pay-Pagar" and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the payment is finished your order will be completed.

If something happens with the payment, you can try again by going to your account, to the section "My orders" then clicking "See order-Ver pedido" and on the right corner you will find the button "Pay", wich will redirect youto the payment gateway to finish it with the same payment method you chose when placing the order.

Unpaid orders will remain 24h, then they will be deleted if the payment is not finished.


Payment methods

For orders placed at our online shop the methods available are:

- Credit card, using a secure payment gateway.

- Bank transfer to the entity indicated in the email.

- Paypal

All financial information related to credit cards is sent directly to the bank in charge of the payment transaction through encrypted data.


Shipping and delivery times

Orders placed from monday to friday before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed later than 14:00 it won't be possible to be sent until next day.

Orders placed on weekends (from friday from 14:00) won't be sent until next monday.

These deadlines are estimated, delays may occur for various reasons.

For shipments to the Canary Islands and outside Spain it's essential to provide an ID (or driver's license depending on your country) for the customs' invoice that is sent together with the package. 


National shipping

Nacex:  From 0 to 2kg - 5,27€ / From 3 to 5kg - 6,46€ / From 6 to 10kg - 6,98€   -->  It can take 24h since it leaves our wharehouse.

GLS Cataluña: From 0 to 1kg - 3,40€ / From 1 to 3kg - 3,53€ / From 3 to 5k - 3,82€  --> It can take 24 to 48h since it leaves our wharehouse.

GLS National: From 0 to 1kg - 5,10€ / From 1 to 3kg - 5,45€ / From 3 to 5kg - 5,95€  --> It can take 24 to 48h since it leaves our wharehouse.


Shipping to Balear islands, Ceuta and Melilla (With Correos)

From 0 to 1kg - 5,79€ / From 1 to 2kg - 6,64€ / From 2 to 3kg - 7,85€ / From 3 to 4kg - 8,49€ / From 4 to 5kg - 9,15€ / From 5 to 10kg - 12,45€  --> It can take 48 to 72h since it leaves our wharehouse.

Shipping to Canary islands (With correos)

From 0 to 1kg - 10,17€ / From 1 to 2kg - 11,18€ / From 2 to 3kg - 12,69€ / From 3 to 4kg - 13,48€ / From 4 to 5kg - 14,90€ / From 5 to 10kg - 20,90€  --> It can take 24 to 48h since it leaves our wharehouse. Delays may occur due to customs inspection.


Preorder items

You can find products on pre order. You can find the expected date of arrival to our wharehouse, this date is aproximate, since having to pass the customs inspection it may take a little longer to reach our wharehouse.

If an order includes one or more products that we have currently in stock (besides the pre order product), the order will not be shipped until all products are avaliable.

You have up to 7 days since the arrival of the pre order products to our wharehouse to pick up the order, unless you notify us of the delay in advance (this applies to "Pick up at store" orders only).


Exchanges

If the exchange is due to an error by the customer (the customer makes a mistake ordering the product), he7she will assume the shipping cost of the return and the resend.

In case of an error committed by Momo Store, the shop will assume the shipping costs and resend the product. For a return to be accepted, the product/s and the packaging have to be in perfect conditions and if it is an album, it has to be unopened. 


Returns

If the customer no longer wants the product he will be refunded except for the shipping cost. To be able to return a product, the customer must contact us by email within 7 days since the reception of the order. The customer will be asked to send the product to return perfectly wrapped and to assume the shipping cost. The product will have to be in perfect condition before being sent to proceed with the refund, it will be evaluated at the arrival at our shop.


Damaged goods

In case the products were damaged or something is missing inside the package (regarding musical albums), the customer must contact Momo Store by email to solve the problem, our contact information is on the section Contact us. To proceed with the case, the customer must provide photos and a video unboxing the product. If the product, after reviewing it, is considered damaged, it will be returned to Momo Store through mail service, being the customer in charge of the shipping costs or returning the product in person at our shop. In this case, Momo Store will be in charge to send another product in perfect conditions to replace the damaged product assuming the cost of the shipping.
